CIER (Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources)

Overview: This project was spearheaded by TAG creative studios. Karen was responsible for the design and development of a website based on the design and content of a booklet created by a separate design agency. The goal was to break down the steps of a daunting risk management process, demonstrating that risk management is a manageable task with a practical outcome.

Project Responsibilities: The project was a collaborative effort between Karen and TAG creative studios' creative director. An illustrator was responsible for the winter and summer artwork within the Flash. TAG provided the photos, copywriting, specs, and project strategy and overview, feedback, and web architecture. Karen's responsibilities included execution of and consultation on the following: website architecture, design and layout; colour, font, and photo selection; website coding in HTML, PHP, and CSS, Flash building, upload and testing.
